ffffHow do I apply to become a volunteer firefighter?

Volunteers are very important to our organization.  They are part of your community’s protection and we are looking for serious, dedicated men and women qualified to join our fire department. From fighting fires to helping out at an emergency scene, to educating the public about fire safety or providing administrative support.  There are many ways for you to make a difference as part of our organization.

ffffHow do I obtain a fire report for my insurance agency after a fire?

Order a Copy of the Fire Report

If you are interested in ordering a copy of a fire report, please contact our custodians of records, Tasha Killcrease or Brandi Wascom, at LPFPD4 Headquarters at (225) 664-7123, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 a.m and 5 p.m. Please provide your name, and information regarding the address, date and approximate time the fire occurred.

We will provide complimentary copies of fire reports to owners and occupants of the involved parties. All others (attorneys, insurance companies, fire investigators, etc.) will be charged a fee of $10 per copy. The report will not be released to third parties until payment is received.
