Fire Report

If you are interested in ordering a copy of a fire report, please call our administrative office at (225) 664-7123, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7 a.m and 5 p.m. Please provide your name, and information regarding the address, date, and approximate time the fire occurred.

We will provide complimentary copies of fire reports to owners and occupants of involved parties. All others (attorneys, insurance companies, fire investigators, etc.) will be charged a fee of $10 per copy. The report will not be released to third parties until payment is received.
